Return Policy

Products purchased from BiTECOOL's authorized marketplace sellers are subject to the return policy of the authorized marketplace seller, so if you wish to return an item, please contact the seller.

Product warranty

BiTECOOL provides consultation and after-sales service by email ( service@bitecool.com ) and one-year product warranty, and repairs are free of charge during the warranty period. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the device to Hong Kong or Spain, but BiTECOOL will repair it and send it back to you free of charge. Repair costs after the warranty period will be charged from your account.

Remedies

If a hardware defect is found and BiTECOOL receives a valid claim within the Limited Warranty Period, BiTECOOL will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either:

(1) repair the product at no charge to you using new or refurbished replacement parts, or

(2) Replace with a new or refurbished product.

In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law. This limited warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions in which the Marketplace Authorized Distributor sells the product and to the extent permitted by applicable law in such jurisdictions. Any replaced hardware products or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that may apply in your jurisdiction.

How to obtain warranty service

Warranty service orders must be requested from BiTECOOL within the limited warranty period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a warranty service order, please contact BiTECOOL service team at service@bitecool.com. To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned to the address specified by BiTECOOL in its original packaging or packaging providing an equivalent level of protection. In accordance with applicable law, BiTECOOL may require you to provide proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to back up any data, software or other material you may have saved or stored on the product. Such data, software or other material may be lost or reformatted during servicing and BiTECOOL shall not be liable for such damage or loss.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by BiTECOOL, bearing a BiTECOOL trademark, trade name or logo, and purchased from an authorized BiTECOOL marketplace seller.   • Damage caused by natural phenomena (lightning, tornadoes, etc.).
  • Negligence.
  • Commercial use.
  • Modifications to any part of the product.
  • Damage caused by use with products other than BiTECOOL.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses specified by BiTECOOL or by using an improper voltage or power source.
  • Damage caused by services (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than BiTECOOL personnel.

Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this Limited Warranty. No BiTECOOL reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any provision is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

Implied Warranties
